Who we are

Hoorally ("we," "us") operates hoorally.com and the private event hubs hosted on it. Each event hub is run by its event host (for example, a couple hosting a wedding) using our platform.

What we collect

Registration info you provide when joining an event: name, email address, phone number, your relationship to the hosts, and an optional profile photo.
Content you share inside an event: chat messages, feed posts, photos, plans, trivia answers, and messages for the hosts.
Basic technical info such as browser type, used to keep you signed in and troubleshoot issues.

How it's used and shared

Your registration info and shared content are visible to your event host and to other guests of your event as the hub displays them (for example, your name and photo appear in the guest list and on your messages).
Hoorally, as the platform operator, can access event data to run, support, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
We send marketing email only if you opted in at registration by checking the Hoorally updates box. We record the exact wording you agreed to and when. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects your event access.

Cookies and device storage

Event hubs store a small token in your browser so you aren't asked to re-register each time you return. Clearing your browser data removes it; you can simply re-enter your name.

Photos and group content

Content shared in an event hub is meant for that event's group. Please respect your hosts' wishes about sharing photos or conversations outside the group.

Children

Event hubs are intended to be used by guests under the supervision of their event host. We do not knowingly send marketing to anyone under 18, and minors should not check the marketing opt-in box.

Your choices

To correct or delete your registration info or content, contact your event host or email us.
To unsubscribe from Hoorally updates, use the link in any email or contact us.

Data retention

Event data is kept for the duration of the event and a reasonable period afterward so groups can revisit their memories, unless the host or a guest requests deletion.
